Really poor customer service. Just bought a house and wanted to switch to Octopus energy. We used them for a couple of years and realy liked their service. When we attempted to switch, the credit check failed because Transunion doesn't have the most up to date address. I do not have bad credit, but they take the computer says no approach to things and that's the end of it. They wanted up front payment of £300 just to switch to them, we have gone elsewhere. A real shame, this has really put us off ever using Octopus energy again.
