You don't realise how ecstatic I was when Caitlin answered on the other side. Just speaking to a human being on the other side you can clearly understand and who also clearly understands your queries and helps you resolve any issues as I could not find where I needed to go on the link to sign in as a new customer. Not all of us are online wizards.
