Called up the customer services to switch to a tariff on our new house with Solar Panels, they were extremely helpful and explained everything I needed to near in a clear way. The switch was incredibly easy. I didn't catch the gentleman's name I was speaking with, but he was extremely polite, friendly and professional. A credit to the Octopus team
