Radhika was so pleasant, positive, "can-do", patient, and attentive to all my questions as a new Octopus customer, that it made the hour-long conversation a delight! She did have to cope with some uncertainties (eg whether I was currently in a contract with my present supplier, which exactly kind of EV we had, and whether a smart meter would work at our property and therefore which tarif would be best/possible for me) and mostly she coped very well with all this - though sometimes she wasn't quite sure how things would work out - but was very reassuring that they WOULD work put!
