Phone Octopus, was on hold for about 1-2 mins (impressed about that), spoke to someone that could understand English (gold star for that too) they were able to use a computer, log into my details, check my query. I even had time to give feedback. Super fantastic that there are people out there actually doing their job. Sorry to be so cynical, I’m just fed up of dealing with these rubbish utility companies.
