27/11/24 I called Octopus to switch both gas & elec. Aysha was so lovely on the call, she was both professional & patient & knowledgeable of the product. Aysha advised me of the tariffs & answered all my questions even going through the tariffs again to ensure I had all the relevant information. Aysha then walked me through the switching over process & reassured me throughout by explaining everything to alleviate any concerns. Aysha also asked me several times if I was happy for the switch & proceeded at a pace that was comfortable for me.
