Always have had great customer service from Octopus Energy. Today was no exception. Bal was very helpful sorting out a matter of discrepancy with my bill. It was resolved with a courtesy gesture payment rather than acknowledge a mistake in the dates I took over the meter, but non the less, it was a healthy and helpful outcome.
