Today I phoned Octopus energy company that was a plus so easy to make contact. I’d made a mistake in my meter reading, I spoke with Sholidul who was very very helpful and soon corrected my mistake and was very reassuring with his advice for Octopus to read this somewhat difficult meter every quarter and maybe have a smart meter fitted,room for thought on that.Thank you Octopus team member Sholidul regards M J Vere
