Alex guided me carefully through the switching process after offering us a considerably reduced contract compared to our existing one. She was highly experienced and professional and nothing was too much trouble, she could simply not have been more helpful! I’ve always had excellent service from Octopus for my domestic contract but this communication with Octopus Business was exceptional even by their very high standards. Thank you and very well done!
