Jack was extremely helpful , friendly and transparent . Helping me decide to move to Octopus for the 1st time . He listened to my specific questions and gave specific answers . Even calculating the anual comparisons in savings between Ovo and Octupus / Standing Charges and kwh rates . Was very kind of Jack . Who has just the sort of qualities and expertise elderly people need when weighing things up. Doesn't do to be bombarded with to much Unneccessary Facts and Figures .
