My primary driver was service, as our existing supplier is now woefully lacking in that regard. We are, however, also looking ahead to solar and EV, which are clear strategic objectives from all the Octopus marketing and narrative.
The individual I spoke to could not have been more impressive. Knowledgeable, helpful, enthusiastic and pro-active, creating a strong impression that we're in safe hands. The cost now is comparable, which is all we wanted.
Impossible to fault.
