With help from Mylah I transferred over to Octopus.she explained everything clearly, was very informative & patient. The following day I telephoned with a couple of queries & spoke with Yacob. He too was very helpful & again so patient. The staff members are exceptional.
It is so refreshing to talk to a person as opposed to CHAT lines!
