Best customer service ever. I switched for the first time in 40 odd years. New company gave immediate service at great prices. Old company wanted to insist on a smart meter - never - and monthly budget - i.e. pay more than you owe. Octopus charges what you use and every question and query I had answered. Even got an email from the CEO. Well done Octopus wish I did it years ago. And no switching exit charges on their fixed tariffs.
