THE WORST COMPANY EVER! Been trying to sort my account for over a month. And am in arrears 'cos of prior companies incompetence.
You can't speak to a Manager. The girls on the 'phone are inept. I was PROMISED a call at 2pm today. Raced back across Kent for it and it never came. I BEG YOU TO AVOID OCTOPUS ENERGY AT ALL COSTS.
Funny how on Trustpilot the reviews are positive, yet here, more truthful and negative.
