Was with Utilita, pre-payment smart meters. Tried to contact them to change to a monthly tariff. Was told an engineer would need to come out and change them. Didn’t get much help to be honest. Still waiting for the “information emails”.
Called Octopus Energy. Spoke to a lovely man called Mo, switched over, direct debit set up within 20 mins. Emails received, meter readings done. Excellent service 🤩
