I am a first time renter and was recommended this company by family. When I went to get a quote online it stated that the property I was moving into was a pre-payment property and to call them. After calling them I had the entire process of pre-payment meters explained to me as well as the tariffs for both gas and electric which made me feel confident with them. Staff were amazing and very nice to talk to.
