Just signed up with Octopus today and was taken through the process seamlessly by lovely Bebe who will be getting me on the export solar panels tariff. My dealings with British Gas have been awful and their very inflated prices have pushed me to Octopus saving me £110 a month. Thank you Bebe for being very patient and knowledgeable.
