I was considering switching from E.ON to Octopus energy. Initially, I called and spoke with an agent whose name I don’t recall. Unfortunately, he didn’t provide all the details regarding the switching and solar energy. Later, I called again, and a lovely lady named Ms. Maariyah answered. She provided excellent customer service, thoroughly addressing all my questions and explaining everything clearly. She is truly a gem for your organization.
