I called to switch energy and Mylah was very helpful. She had incredible customer service and was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I moved from America to the UK and it has been such a hard transition, but Mylah made switching energies very simple and now I am confident that Octopus is the right way to go. Thank you, Mylah!
