I called Octopus this afternoon, it was answered immediately & I was passed to an actual person with in minutes The young man Ola was extremely helpful, polite & efficient. I had not received my gas account & wanted up to date readings.
He got the relevant details & emailed me the readings & charges within minutes.
It is so good to find a company you can actually speak to & get a problem resolved so quickly. Thank you
