I rang today to switch to Octopus after having a horrendous phone call with my present supplier. Mandy was very good and gave me all the information that we required, she was very professional in her manner, which made us decide that we wanted to switch ASAP. Mandy gave us a date which was only a few days away, and we decided to go for it. We'll done Mandy.
