Having lost my job 3 months ago I have been juggling payments with bills and found myself now in a position where I have had to contact Octopus and explain my situation. Paula who I had the pleasure to deal with was absolutely amazing she listened to my situation and immediately put me at ease which was a breath of fresh air to previous energy providers I have had dealings with over the years. Octopus have a great reputation and there is a very good reason for this ! they employ people who care about the customers and care about the service they provide.
