Having had ‘meter problems’ since last June, I found out about it in December and spoke to Octopus.
A couple of emails went back and fore without any progress.
I spoke to Paula yesterday (23/1) and received a voicemail and email today to say it’s all sorte, the meters are communicating and I have an up to date bill.
