They are brilliant, they have saved me by giving me a refund so that I can get groceries, as I am one of the ten thousand pensioners worst hit by Rachel Reeves cutting out the winterfuel payment. I am on the new state pension so am six pounds over the monthly limit, to claim pension credit. That shows it is set too low. So am extremely grateful to octipus for the refund.
