Garima Kumar was very efficient, friendly and helpful today. Took no time at all to connect to an operator. I could tell she was working from home with a small child, but that just made me like octopus even more and it was still waaaay quieter than the general din of chatter you get when they are in a call centre. I'm thinking this company like to do things differently, and it will definitely pay off for them.
