Octopus had the best deal I could find on the market, the most clear and exact advice from Dexter (who patiently sorted out my details), gave me £100 x 2 reward for being a domestic and business customer (via the recommend scheme) and followed it all up immediately with emails and online access to view the account. The only negative was a 15min wait to be answered but it was worth it to get exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service from the very knowledgeable Dexter.
