Never had a problem with this supplier and have found its custoner service team one of the best that I've ever come across. They went the extra mile to ensure our meters were giving correct readings afte a couple of anomalies appeared and advised us going onto another Octopus tariff that gives us overnight electricity ⅔ cheaper per KwH.
