had a query regarding my bill, which I had to go through quite a lot of payments, I spoke to Doris, who was very helpful, and went through everything meticulously with me, and then emailed me back with a credit to my account, as a goodwill gesture, a big thumbs up to them on this occasion, 👍👍👍
