It was a pleasure to speak to Thomas today. In the middle of a long list of mundane phone calls he brightened up my day, bringing humour and personality as well as dealing with the business in a professional manner, giving me confidence in everything he was telling me. This kind of customer service makes all the difference and is the reason that I keep using Octopus every time.
