I had to call several times re. the £50 I was gifted as a result of joining Octopus. The first time I spoke to a lady in South Africa and couldn't understand her. I then rang again and spoke to another lady Kelsey in South Africa....she said she would action my request but nothing happened. I phoned the following day and spoke to Jacob and he said he would action it and was very helpful.
