We’ve always felt happy with our Octopus Energy service since switching around 4 years ago and have rarely needed to contact their customer service team. I had a query today about compensation following a network outage - I didn’t really know where to start and called Octopus as a first port of call. I was given good advice from a friendly member of the team who was patient and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long to be connected, and the person I spoke to was able to advise me without needing to pass me to multiple agents so the call was quick and my query resolved without issue.
