If I've pressed the right buttons, the review should be five stars. Unlike the staff at British Gas (that still refuses the Ombudsman's order to pay me back a fortune for over-charging, and still over-charges me...) your employee Thomas seemed polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I would also like to mention that in a previous call to Octopus this morning, a lady named Radica (sp?) went out of her way to provide information about switching and generally be helpful. I hope things go well with Octopus.
