I spoke to Mark today regarding a bill which indicated I was heavily in arrears. He was very helpful and reassuring, he sorted the problem immediately and also provided some really useful information about tariffs.
The communication both over the phone and via email has been excellent. It was a very worrying situation for me so his calm and helpful manner was much appreciated. Thank you.
