Very happy after speaking to Kainaat today. So much that I've switched! Excellent communication, clear answers, support and understanding with my enquiry for comparison rates and tariffs. I was amazed to hear at the very end if the call and after I said "let's go for it and complete the switch" that Kainaat had only been working with Octopus Energy for a week and today was her first day on the phones with no support.
