Vicky was extremely helpful in organising the removal of my gas meter. We also had a good and insightful discussion about the best tariff for my solar pv, battery, air source heat pump and ev charger installation. Yet again Octopus’ customer service people are a joy to talk to. Vicky is one of the best.
