Sam was fantastic.
Even though is a little ill at the moment, he was powering through! (You should give him the day off as a reward ;) )
He was class, listened to me, and addressed any concerns. Octopus Energy is so easy with people like Sam, other companies in the past, I think you can guess who, have been shocking.
We need more companies like Octopus Energy! That help people, not put them on a call to a robot for 25 minutes.
