I have nothing negative to say about Octopus Energy. It is very refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and speak to an actual person, and without spending an inordinate amount of time in a queue. The service I have received from them is fantastic.
Spoke to Mandy recently who helped with moving home and it was all just very easy.
