Dealt with Areeba who was very polite, courteous and more than helpful in explaining and arranging the whole process of switching over to 'Octopus' from our previous supplier.
Despite the time lag between initial contact and finalisation everything worked out to our advantage and I would recommend anyone to at least have a look at what 'Octopus' can do to cut your ever increasing energy costs.
