What a great experience I had watching today - I was expecting all kinds of complications as I wanted to move from a prepayment to direct debit, Kai went through everything in detail, answered all my questions and as a direct result I have moved over to Octopus 🐙
Fingers crossed everything else goes as smoothly but big thankyou to Kai for all his help and professional, friendly, knowledgeable way he dealt with my call !
