Rang Octopus while feeling quite low due to cost of heating and feeling cold. Spoke with Paula who went to great length to explain several issues in detail. She made me feel like she understood my concerns and resolved a couple of issues. Definitely felt less anxious at the end of call. Very grateful pensioner.
