I had a fairly complex situation where I wanted to transfer three accounts to Octopus with billing address different to the supply address. Dexter answered my call in every way, taking the time and effort to answer all my queries in a positive and effective manner. I was very impressed with his attention to all my areas of confusion which were clarified such that I ended with the new accounts all registered. Completely satisfied new customer.
