Decided to switch energy provider and move away from British Gas due to there dire customer service. I had been told by several people how good Octopus are. I made the initial phone call to discuss switching over and was greeted by Sharna, on first impressions I was amazed with the professionalism my enquiry was delt with, the care and time given to explain and answer any questions I had. Great first impression and great customer care. Thank you
