Yesterday I contacted Octopus energy as when I submitted my gas & electric meter readings I stupidly put my gas reading into both gas & electric reading ( no idea what I was thinking) anyway when I received my monthly statement and reading I was now £800+ in debt instead of usually being in credit I rang customer service and a lovely chap called Sam took the correct electric reading and sorted my energy account accordingly. Quick, polite and professional service, well done Octopus.
