Customer care and support was outstanding from Ola! He really listened to what I was saying and just turned things around so quickly and effortlessly. I couldn't be more grateful to the support given and finding a resolution so quickly - made a stressful time so much more manageable and above all, it didn't put me back in anyway financially.
