I adopted Octopus as my supplier today with the help of your its call centre agent, Mo. I had called to discover whether my first generation smart meter was visible to Octopus. Mo was immediately on the case and after solving the question he immediately offered to walk me straight through the process. He patiently helped me deal with an email connectivity issue which turned out to be at my end. It was a brilliant introduction to Octopus
