Had a problem whereby I had thought that I had paid my bill but had unfortunately miskeyed the id number.
The call handler sorted the issue really quickly and put me at ease.
She was brilliant. I was calling whilst at work so time was of the essence.
My payment was traced and transferred to my account really quickly.
