I had been on the website to try and get a quote for my domestic garage supply but it came up with a problem, so I rang and got through to Adam who was ultra helpful and whilst he couldn't resolve the issue there and then, he gave good advice as to what to ask my existing provider with the hope of getting a resolution so I can move the supply over to Octopus in the near future. As I was on the phone, Adam was also able to move me over to a fixed deal for my house supply and sort my billing query. So different from my experience with UW who I go around and round in circles with. But with Octopus, the service is very friendly, very helpful and much appreciated - thank you Adam! Give the man a raise/bonus/day off!!
