Mollie helped me switch provider this morning, she seemed very efficient and put me at ease, was very patient when providing all the information I asked for, she seemed knowledgeable and took advice on anything she didn't know, and had me signed up in no time. It's taken me a while to make the leap and it's early days yet but so far so good.
