I was sent a new IHD but was unable to get it to work. When I reported this, I gave the numbers on the base of the IHD. Again it did not display the Gas and Electricity. I complained again on Monday 3rd March to a gentleman ( Ola ) and much to my relief the display came on after a few minutes. My thanks to him for sorting out the problem. My only complaint is that when I initially received the new IHD approx. three weeks ago I was disappointed that there were no instructions included.
