I had spent time on your website trying to sign up and not been sent a promised link to set up password. Tom has a polite, open and straightforward manner. He answered all my questions and was happy to go away and doublecheck things as and when needed. The price was a bit higher than I am paying now but the benefits when I am eventually able to switch to a plan more suited to my solar system will make up for that.
